Tingsha cymbal is used to start and end a period of meditation or spiritual practice. It's used in meditation, yoga, massage sessions, sound healing, and sound clearing for crystals, jewellery, room/space, and chakra's.

The sound is made by holding the leather cord in each hand and striking the bell edges together. To clear crystals and jewellery, chime the bells near them from one to three times. Listen to your intuition for the right number of times that is needed to clear the energy.

Tingsha (also called Tibetan Cymbals) are musical instruments used traditionally for singing, chanting, ritual offerings & ceremonies by Hindu and Buddhists.

Toning is used to relieve mental stress and to reduce anxiety levels. By allowing the free flow of positive Chi energy, and warding off negativity, they can promote a flow of healthy energies throughout the body and restore strong brainwaves.
